Connect HDMI without HDMI socket?

I just got a telly off fleabay, having read many good things about it, among them that "An HDMI jack is available as well for the ultimate digital experience." but I can't find an actual HDMI socket. When they say 'HDMI jack', do they mean something you can plug into another socket to connect an HDMI connection to?

The full spec on the Philips site gives the connectors as:

    Ext 1 Scart
    • Audio L/R
    • CVBS in/out
    • RGB
    Ext 2 Scart
    • Audio L/R
    • CVBS in/out
    • S-video in
    • Y/C
    Other connections
    • Antenna IEC75
    • Audio constant level out
    • FM Antenna
    • PC-in VGA + Audio L/R in
    Front/Side connections
    • Audio in
    • CVBS in
    • Headphone out
    • S-video in

Should I look on ebay for an HDMi> ?? connector? And if so, which ?? should I be looking for?

(& is it worth the effort - would it actually make a significant difference, over a SCART lead?)

Scart and svideo are analogue whereas hdmi digital. Much better quality. Doesn't look like there's any digital inputs to your tv.

Edit: just read link and it mentions hdmi. Either it's a different tv, it's there but you can't see it or the spec is incorrect.

Do you know what the hdmi input looks like?

Sorry, I've led you up the garden path. The connectors on mine don't look like those...I've got to the root of it, which is that mine is a variant of the one on that Amazon site - this one here. And it definitely don't have no hdmi socket. Having done a quick search on that pdf, the term 'HDMI' produces no hits, so it seems that's not an option. Sorry to have wasted your time, and thanks for getting back to me.

Unfortunately I don't even have DVI. (I can say this with authority now that I've found out what it is.) Mine is the 17" at the bottom:

So I'm stuck with SCART, right? It's my only option.

Certainly looks like it. Though on a 17" screen hopefully you will not notice the difference much.
