Anyone else think he's had too much coffee / too little sleep?
The light, the textures, fantastic! It looks amazing - and it's easy to see how modern commercial special effects can now look, well, I suppose, real.
Amazing results from what is, essentially, a home entertainment gaming engine.
Gaming like it's 1988!
Oceon, Activision, Sega those were the days. When you look at RoadBlasters and compare it to Gran Tourismo on the Playstation they are eons apart; same for Grand Slam and FIFA 2015 ... and Afterburner - oh wow:
I played this for hours in the local arcade - it was fast, furious, and addictive - being an F-14 Tomcat pilot was the bees knees.

I had a full-on mains shock once as a teenager (fiddling about with Christmas tree lights). It threw me the full length of the room and I ended up sprawled against the opposite wall with my upper body quivering uncontrollably. Not very nice at all!
Indeed ... and shows you how much easier it is now to set-up a PC compared to all the manual workarounds we used to know and hate love; searching for drivers without the Internet anyone?
I wonder what the total HDD footprint of DOS 6.2 was? Came on three 3.5" floppies didn't it?
